On OR-99 south out of Roseburg: Drive south on OR-99 into Winston, and turn right on to OR-42.
On I-5 south out of Roseburg: Drive south on I-5 and take exit 119 on the right for OR-99 to Winston. Continue on OR-99 into Winston, and turn right onto OR-42.
Then,
After turning on to OR-42 in Winston, keep driving on OR-42 for 59 miles. Drive through Myrtle Point.
In Coquille, turn right on to W. Central Blvd. Drive 0.6 miles.
Coquille Vision Center will be on the right.
Coming from the West, driving East:
Drive east on OR-42.
As you enter Coquille, turn right on to W. Central Blvd. Drive 0.6 miles.
